A/E Solo Green Farming
Here is a solo greens farming build i like:
Shadow Form
Glyph of Elemental Power
Sliver Armor
Shock
Aftershock
Death's Charge
Dark Escape
Dash
Shadow Arts 12+3+1
Earth magic 12
Shrouded armor is best to use i think.
A good earth magic stafff or weapon and off-hand.(I like to use Galigords Stone Staff)
~Run to the bosses using speed skills.
~Before you aggro use Shadow form and then deaths charge to teleport in.(sometimes i aggro before i teleport so the enemies scatter.)
~Use glyph of elemental power and then silver armor.(Make sure you closer to the bos than any other creature or you wont kill it!)
~Now, use shock and after shock to speed up the killing.
~After the boss is dead, pick up your item(s) and use speed skills to run to safety.
List of bosses than you can probably solo:
The Scar Eater
Ssyn Coiled Grasp
Warrior's Construct
Elemental's Construct
Necromancer's Construct
Mesmer's Construct
Sunreach Warmaker
Strongroot Tanglebran
Sessk, Woe Spreader
Monk's Construct
Onis
Shreader Sharptongue (hard to get to)
Happy Farming!
PS: X3 GREEN DROPS UNTILL 11:59 TONIGHT!!! Get Farming!
THIS IS NOT MY ORIGINAL WORK, MY FRIEND TOLD ME THIS!!!!!

1. He didn't say it was his, he just said that he likes it and he uses it a lot. You should be flattered if anything.
2. How can you be certain it is YOUR build? It may take half a year for someone to be bothered to post it in a widely used forum but it doesn't take half a year for 1 person to think of it. Gratz on figuring it out for yourself and sharing it with the world, but I find it hard to believe it has taken all this time since factions was released for one person to think of it.
Human arrogance never stops amazing me.

By not giving credit where it is due, novawhiz is implying that the build is his own work. The build is Desire's, even if someone else had the idea first. It's just like how Bell beat Edison to the punch for the telephone. Edison invented one, but Bell got the patent for his own first, therefore Bell invented the telephone.
It was terribly asinine of you to attack Desire for defending his ownership of the build.

I have had loads of lecturers going on about Plaguerism and Collusion since i started university. This thread is pure Plaguerism, the fact nobody has posted evidence they used this build means it IS Desires' build. Its just like a patent. The exact skills have been copied, the difference is Desires didn't post 4/5/6 in his build to begin with and left them open. The optional skills included the 3 he has picked in this build.
There is NO reference to Desires at all, no name, no link to the original thread, nothing.
Your own arrogance must amaze you.

Novawhiz didn't pick these skills himself. If you watch Desire's video, you will notice that he uses different skill sets for each boss; this is one of them.

Isn't that what i just said?
So not only has he copied the entire farming build giving no credit to the creator, he has also copied the Guildwiki entry of the build and put it up here...

No one here owns this build, Guild wars owns it, all the skills are property of guild wars, the armor, runes, everthing, belongs to guild wars, no one can "Own it".

the exact same build.. it's probably where his friend got it from, anyway, i use it, its viable and works very well
seems a bit dodgy though, because:

also seems a little bit like..

When you are just out of aggro, activate Shadow Form and use Death's Charge to teleport in. Usually aggroing before teleporting in makes enemies scatter, meaning you have a better chance of making Sliver Armor target the boss.
Activate Glyph of Elemental Power, then Sliver Armor. Make sure you are closer to the boss than anything else, or you will not kill it!
Use Shock then Aftershock to speed up killing.
Just after the boss is dead, activate Shadow Form and use the speed buffs to run away to safety. You can use Shadow Form again since Morale Boosts recharges all skills.

sounds like all he's done is reworded the entire article and posted it here, why?

Agreed!
I don’t really agree with the idea of ‘build originality’ either:
Using forums to post builds is a nice way of sharing an idea, it can be very helpful.
However shared; by forum, grouping, or both - it’s easy to watch and see what works and what doesn’t. A skill borrowed here a combo there, glue it together and break it apart again, swap this for that etc. Borrowing works both ways.
It’s a continual process. If you mix with others, you’re contributing to that, and taking from it. With just 8 skills to bring, coincidence will happen sooner or later.
The written text from the original post paraphrased in the re-post, isn’t a nice thing to do.
As for patents – preventative to the rights of another party, not implicit to the rights of the ‘inventor’ - It’s out of context to start with; tails of a bit in the middle, and the less said about the end the better

I acknowledge Desire to be the person to come forward with this build, but with all this put aside, has anyone tested these skills to solo the Nightfall bosses?

Ok gave this build a quick try and it works pretty good, farming Kaya´s daggers is a pushover.
But, have anyone had luck in farming the Darksong (spear) with this build?
For me it seems that he comes down to about 25% health when shadow form ends, and even though the resurrection shrine isn't that far away he is almost at full health when I can reach him, that plus the death penalty = not good.
Any idea´s?
